Rhonda Wiggins

Rhonda Wiggins is an accomplished association and nonprofit professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations through member engagement, communications, governance support, and program operations. She holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of West Florida.

Prior to joining the National Auction Association (NAA), Rhonda spent over a decade in higher education leading educational and membership-based programs at the University of West Florida. She also brings experience working within an international association management environment, where she supported governance, board operations, and strategic initiatives for a global professional association. Across these roles, she developed and managed programs, supported volunteer and instructor engagement, oversaw communications and member services, and helped cultivate strong, connected communities.

Outside of her professional work, Rhonda enjoys her community’s vibrant arts scene and spending time with family and friends.
