Gary Hubbell, ALC, is recognized as an Accredited Land Consultant by the Realtors Land Institute. A 2016 graduate of the Texas Auction Academy (now America's Auction Academy), Gary has sold farm equipment, horses and tack, oilfield equipment, construction equipment, and approximately 150 real estate properties at auction, including hotels, motels, commercial properties, vacant land, grocery stores, luxury homes, cabins, and development properties. As the managing broker of United Country Colorado Brokers, Gary and his agents have sold ranches, farms, hunting land, country estates, luxury homes, and vacant land all across Colorado and Utah. He even sold an RV park in Fairbanks, Alaska from his office in Hotchkiss, Colorado.
