The NAA and NAF Boards of Directors met in San Antonio, TX, September 24–26, for two focused days of strategic planning. While each entity developed its own plan, joint sessions provided valuable opportunities to explore how the two organizations can collaborate to advance their respective missions.

The NAA Board finalized a three-year strategic plan, the results of which will be shared with you soon. Guided by a membership survey and SWOT analysis, the board identified four key outcomes that shaped our strategic priorities. From there, the board defined what success will look like three years from now and outlined practical tactics to achieve it.

As the association moves forward, these strategic priorities will remain at the forefront and serve as the framework for our decisions and actions.

NAA Staff Retreat Strengthens Our Commitment to You
On September 11, the NAA team came together for a full-day retreat focused on learning, collaboration, and fun. Together we defined shared team values and customer service beliefs, all centered on how we can best serve our members. These values can soon be found on the NAA website—stay tuned!
