Winning Body Language for Influence and Persuasion​ [Training]

The second session will focus on more in-depth questions and winning the business. Mark will tie this
practical work to the sales pre-work the group is doing (before his sessions). The group will dive into relationship building, asking the right questions to elicit information from potential clients and across various industries, and ultimately win more clients. The group will come away with the know how to communicate most effectively to influence and persuade in multiple contexts, as well as recognize and respond to cues from others. This session is not to be missed!

Attendees of this session will: 

  1. Learn the right questions to ask to get the most valuable information
  2. Assess more accurately what the body language from your listeners is telling you and respond accordingly
  3. Learn effective listening, the mechanisms of receiving messages and storytelling
  4. Respond to questions more effectively by understanding what is really being asked
